Where our meat comes from is crucial to us—it’s the key to quality. Every product we stock is fully traceable back to the farm. Our beef, pork, and lamb come from Yorkshire, where the animals roam freely across open fields. Even in the winter, cattle enjoy the comfort of open-sided barns, giving them the freedom to choose their environment.

In addition to traditional cuts, our butchery team prepares a variety of ready-to-cook meat products. We take care of the hard work so you don’t have to, combining fresh ingredients, herbs, spices, or marinades with our quality meats to create an exciting range. Popular items include chicken cushions, beef truffles, stuffed pork, and kebabs. What makes our butchery truly unique is the connection between our shop and our restaurant. Guests can visit the butchery counter to select their choice of meat—be it beef, lamb, pork, or chicken—and have it cut to their desired weight and style. From there, our chefs will cook your selection in our charcoal INKA oven. This high-heat method locks in flavor, reduces cooking time, and allows for optimal resting, resulting in exceptional taste, texture, and finish.
